Real-world assets on Solana
Own a share of a real supercar. Earn monthly yield.
Every car in our fleet is divided into shares. Hold one and you own a fraction of that car's rental income. We rent the cars and pay 60% of net rental profit to holders every month in USDC. Each share is an NFT on Solana, so you can sell it any time on Magic Eden and the income moves with it.

Common questions
See all 14What am I actually buying?
A share of the rental income from one specific supercar, recorded as an NFT on Solana. Each car is split into a fixed number of shares, so if a car has 1,500 shares, one share is one 1,500th of that car's rental profit. You are not buying the car itself and you cannot drive it.
How much does one share cost?
2 SOL, paid from your Solana wallet on the car page.
How and when do I get paid?
Every month we work out the net rental profit for each car, then send 60% of it in USDC directly to the wallets holding that car's shares. You do not need to claim anything. The money simply arrives.
What is net rental profit?
Rental income minus what it costs to run the car. That includes insurance, servicing, maintenance, cleaning, damage repair, storage and administration. What is left is the net profit, and holders receive 60% of it.
Is the yield guaranteed?
No. If a car sits unrented, goes in for repair, or costs more than it earns in a month, there may be no payout that month. Returns depend on how the car actually performs.
What happens if I sell my NFT?
The income entitlement moves with the share. Whoever holds it when the next payout runs receives that month's yield. You keep nothing after you sell.
